Web-based psychoeducation for pathological dissociation (WPPD): Recruitment

Descriptions: This study is conducted by a research team from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. It aims to investigate whether a web-based psychoeducation program can be helpful to support persons with pathological dissociation. Suitable participants will have a chance to FREELY access the psychoeducation and self-help resources in the 30-day online program. No face-to-face contact or synchronous communication is required. In addition to complete the online screening assessment, participants will be invited to complete an online assessment for two times (i.e., immediately and one month after the program).

Targets: Persons who are suspected or confirmed to have pathological dissociation. They should be aged 18 or above, can read and write English, can access Internet, agree to give informed consent, and do not have recurrent suicidal ideation, suicidal attempts or homicidal plans (within the past two months).
